- attending meetings; having good communications with other professionals
- attending training to support with the role
- experience in the child care sector; or relevant sector whereby skills are transferable to this job role
- experience and understanding of safeguarding; legislation, frameworks and guidance relevant to the child care sector
- A willingness to learn and adapt your approach to the needs of the young people we care for
- an enthusiastic approach, and passion for achieving positive outcomes for young people in the care sector
- providing 1:1 support to the young people in the home
