Responsibility

  • safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport pharmacy products to various locations
  • ensure timely and accurate delivery of items while adhering to traffic laws and company policies
  • provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with patients and customers during deliveries
  • manage multi-drop routes efficiently to optimize delivery schedules
  • communicate effectively with pharmacy staff to co-ordinate pickups and address any issues
  • perform heavy lifting as required and maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the delivery vehicle
