Responsibility
greet clients and provide a friendly and welcoming experience to their pets upon arrival
ensure the practice is opened and closed on time, managing tills, alarms and voicemail systems
respond to phone calls, book appointments, and organise the practice’s schedule efficiently
address client questions and provide details about the clinic’s services, procedures, and policies
handle payment processing, billing tasks, and basic financial transactions
maintain up-to-date and accurate records for both clients and patients using the practice management software
the CCA will be the first face clients see when coming through the door and will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for both pets and their owners
support the organisation and upkeep of medical records and other important documentation
Requirements
must have previous veterinary or medical reception experience
being a people person is a must, bringing energy and warmth from reception
excellent people and animal skills
dependable, punctual, and maintains a professional attitude

skilled in using computer systems and veterinary practice management software
