- role: Engineering project and product manager
- the primary role within the team is planning and management of customer trials, pilots, and demonstrations in support of the company’s Business Development objectives
- this includes introducing the system to the customer, planning the physical layout at a customer site, supporting the customer’s deployment and integration with the system, optimising the system’s ongoing performance, and ultimately communicating this performance through detailed analysis of the results
- you will also be working closely with both our Engineering and Customer Experience teams to ensure the product performance and functionality meets the customers’ requirements, and investigate methods of system optimisation in customer applications, both in lab and customer environments
- you will be self-motivated, proactive, and have a desire to take ownership of specific problems and develop your own task plan to investigate and resolve them
