Responsibility
- ensure brand consistency in all output from the practice and seek to increase our brand equity
- enhance our customer relationships and grow our customer equity
- build relationships with our industry partners to strengthen and grow our marketing network
- regular reporting of marketing campaigns to directors and managers showing measurable gain from all marketing activities
- manage marketing budget with targeted cost-effective allocation of funds
- signage: ensure consistent brand image across the practice, premises, vehicles, billboards etc
- internal news, backed up by physical presence at least once monthly in all branches to ensure that brand values are consistently portrayed and to discuss marketing openly with all members of staff
Requirements
- have held a previous marketing managers position
- proven marketing and campaign management background on/offline
- experienced in organising and delivering promotional events
- excellent communication and decision making skills
- organised and always able to meet deadlines
- strategic ‘thinker’ – using the right concepts/ channels to build connected campaigns
- creative, with the ability to complete the life cycle of idea creation to implementation
- highly focused with exceptional level of attention to detail
