- to ensure all sales orders are processed and communicated correctly and efficiently
- process and allocate fruit as required being mindful of the grower’s availability and the pack house efficiency
- complete all forecasts within the customers required time frames, investigating, and communicating fruit availability
- develop and improve sales planning and processes techniques to increase productivity and profitability
- maintain and improve Health and Safety, BRC and food safe hygiene standards across the whole site
- ensure that grower, packhouse and customers’ expectations on communication, waste, dispatch, orders are met
- be the main point of contact for the planning of sales and volumes of fruit and liaise between the grower, packhouse and customer
- ensuring that you are fully aware of the responsibilities concerning Peake Fruit Quality Assurance system
