• writing and dispatching professional letters and emails

• supporting the Petty Cash administration system and keeping records of payments and issuing receipts
• processing purchase orders, obtaining quotes, placing orders with suppliers, accepting deliveries and ensuring that accurate records are kept and purchasing procedures are followed
• inputting data to the schools financial management systems, providing reports and taking responsibility for regular financial tasks
