Responsibility
general administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, document preparation, and handling correspondence
record keeping, maintaining accurate records and databases, such as client information, financial records, rate cards, and other relevant data
manage the world’s advertising content and make it easy for brands, agencies and media owners to interact with each other
assist in processing financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense reports. Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate accounting
maintaining and updating databases, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data
compilation and preparation of various reports related to operations, finances, and performance metrics
ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Handle documentation and paperwork related to legal and regulatory requirements
provide support for various software applications and systems used in the back-office operations
Requirements
you must hold the right to work in the UK
strong organisational skills and attention to detail
previous experience in an Finance/Sales support administrative role
basic understanding of accounting principles
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
adaptability and the ability to handle changing priorities and workload
hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems is desirable
