Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- have an NVQ level 2/ 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care
- experience in the care field as a Support Worker/Carer is desirable , not essential as full training given
- knowledge of Other Cultures there linguistic; religious and cultural needs

- have experience and knowledge of Safeguarding Young People
- be comfortable and confident dealing with challenging behaviours and setting firm boundaries
