Responsibility
- as a Senior Support, you will be responsible for directing, supporting, and managing the staff team and ensuring they are completing their specific tasks for which you are responsible as a Senior
- 14. Ensure risk assessments are actioned as necessary, in line with policies and procedures
- to attend staff meetings
- to lead shifts in the absence of a manager
- complete any reports or notes in a timely accurate and appropriate manner
- participate in the induction / training / development of new staff and be supportive to staff in difficult or potentially difficult situations within the workplace
- to complete all relevant work on company data bases in accordance with company policy and procedure
- contribute to/attend reviews and multi-disciplinary meetings
