Responsibility
- seeking a skilled CNC Miller for a friendly, dynamic Engineering Company
- join PDQ Precision and be part of our team delivering cutting-edge solutions to our diverse clientele's problems
- program, set and operate CNC milling machines to produce high quality precision components according to customer specifications
- read drawings to determine machining operations
- select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters for each job
- monitor production process, inspect parts in cycle and ensure adherance to quality standard
- conduct regular machine maintenance and ensure optimal performance
- utilize 3D models in the process of machine programming
Requirements
- at least 2 years of experience in CNC programming
- strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
- basic math skills for accurate measurements and dimensions
- experience with SolidWorks or other 3D modeling software
- knowledge of tooling development for production processes
- CNC Milling: 2 years
