Responsibility
- supervise day-to-day operations within the warehouse environment
- manage a team of warehouse and production staff as well as pickers and packers
- organise workload and operational plans across warehouse and production to ensure all orders are out on time in full
- develop strategies to establish growth goals to optimize warehouse efficiency as well as minimising damages, and losses
- establish and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to maintain standards
- identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- maintain regular stock takes, accurate inventory records, and managing inventory turnover
- ensure the management of goods in, storage, and distribution of goods is all done in a timely manner
Requirements
- previous experience in warehouse management is essential
- experience in e-commerce operations and working with Amazon is highly desirable
- proven ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- strong understanding of health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting
- excellent organisational and communication skills
- ability to develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse performance
- warehouse Management: 3 years
