Brought a car from PDC at the end of May. Was told that I couldn't take the car on the day as it needed a new turbo. The car was delivered the following day. Upon delivery I was asked if I wanted to pay £150 for a warranty, which I paid. Took the car for an MOT in July where it failed due to snapped front suspension coil. Conta tes the warranty company to see if it was covered and it turns out PDC took my mo ey and didn't set up the warranty. I have been asking for proof of the new turbo since it was delivered but they have failed to pro ide any evidence. The way the car drives indicates that the turbo isn't working. I've spoke to PDC many times and they constantly tell me that the broken spring is my fault due to fair ware and tare, which is unfortunately against the CRA 2015, as the vehicle clearly wasn't in roadworthy state when it was sold to me. They have repeatedly refused to accept responsibility, repeatedly failed to evidence their supposed new turbo and have still got my £150 for the warranty they didn't out on the vehicle. I suggest you stay well clear of this company if buying a car, they will refuse all liability ilty for any issues even when the CRA2015 makes them legally responsible for the defects. Theft and selling faulty vehicles. This company is Dangerous and have zero morals. Stay clear. Do not buy amd definitely do not give them any monry
Since writing this review PDC have contacted me. I don't know how to delete this review so I'm updating this for now until I can. PDC have called and spoke to me following the posting of this review in order to rectify some of the problems. For that reason I will update this review once a conclusion has been met. It appears I may not have been dealing directly with the boss hence why issues have not been sorted. Time will tell and I'll update this when I can. Hopefully with good news.
