They have treated my wife like she doesn't know anything about cars when she all she has ever driven is performance vehicles ... my wife bought a Mini Cooper S Convertible from Cwmavon car sales and all she's had since purchasing the car is a nightmare.
She's a specialist care worker and a reliable vehicle is very important for her work..
Since purchasing the car it has had numerous breakdowns, including driving down the M4 motorway in busy traffic and cutting out at a very busy junction at rush hour in Cardiff City Center.
Despite numerous attempts to repair the the problem with the car it persists, the car sales say it's down to diesel fuel being used instead of petrol.
However it is impossible to put diesel fuel in the tank of the mini because the nozzle is a completely different size .
Now it has started to overheat and the problems persist with no help from Cwmavon car sales . They say call the warranty company ... the warranty company say it's not covered ... now the warranty cover is out of date , but only due to the car sales personnel pushing from pillar to post to make sure it's not their problem.
