Responsibility
- you will be selling property, showing clients the houses, client care on the phone
- providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
- supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
- working for the number one selling agent in Berkshire we have 14 offices across the area we require an individual with great communication skills, Nino experience is required, a full uk driving licence is required, progression within the company is our big focus, young fun team, you will be required to take part in our video work showcasing our fantastic houses we sell
- provide the best advice and service to the customer at all times
- listing properties on the market
Requirements
- you will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- you will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
- negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
- you will be well spoken and well presented
- you will be target driven and ambitious
- you will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importanceCompetently booking and following up viewings, providing vendor feedback daily
- previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is desirable however we can consider applications from candidates with experience in EA or with strong sales background from the other sales roles
- competently booking valuations
