Requirements
- proven experience as a Café Manager or similar role
- experience on inventory, stock control and staff scheduling
- strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
- excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- management/Supervising: 2 years
- proficiency in POS systems and other relevant software
