Responsibility
- visit client sites across the UK, completing initial cloud-based surveys to capture site requirements with regard electrical and groundwork needs
- provide timely feedback to the Programme Manager to support efficient decision-making processes
- as and when required perform proof of concept installations for customers
- deputise for the Programme Manager when needed, to liaise with leadership team regarding operation concerns, costs and time scales
- take an active role in project and design team meetings and the coordination process
- quality assurance of designs, costs and submissions with the sales team
- perform a technical lead role in the review and completion of information documents and reports for funded sites, and quotes for unfunded sites
- produce job costing reports based on site surveys
Requirements
- qualified Electrician
- strong commercial experience, preferably within the EV sector
- strong market knowledge and experience within the electrical distribution sector
- full UK driving license and ability to travel across the UK
- ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with competing deadlines
- experience of working collaboratively with operational and sales teams
- confident with IT, ability to use cloud-based applications to capture site requirements
- this role is also subject to a satisfactory DBS check
