- pagoda Security is currently recruiting for a qualified bookkeeper/ accounts assistant to work at their head office based in the heart of Brighton & Hove
- factoring reports quarterly – Audit
- we are open to having flexible working hours from 07:00 through to 22:00 and could be flexible to 3, 4 or 5 days if suited to someone with either childcare commitments, social arrangements or perhaps another job
- reconcile all bank accounts
- any reports the MD requests
Requirements
- accurate data inputting and general computer use
- attention to detail and ability to spot irregularities
- demonstrated ability to work independently as well as taking supervision
- telephone experience with customers and suppliers
- commitment to providing outstanding support
- accountancy package and spreadsheet experience
- accounting: 5 years
- book Keeping: 5 years
