Responsibility
- work closely with the Director on execution of strategies
- liaise with schools, parents, external companies
- assist with posting job ads and interviews to hire candidates
- develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve performance, productivity and quality control
- monitor key performance indicators to track performance and identify areas for success & improvement
- ensure compliance with safety, quality, and safeguarding standards are met
- assist the director with business related needs, meetings, presentations, agendas to scale the business & revenue
- manage the day-to-day operations of the business: Social Media marketing, Coaches, Parents, Schools and external businesses collaborations and sponsorships
Requirements
- bachelor's degree or certification in Business or a Related field
- proven experience in Operations Management or a similar role
