Responsibility
work closely with the Director on execution of strategies
liaise with schools, parents, external companies
assist with posting job ads and interviews to hire candidates
develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve performance, productivity and quality control
monitor key performance indicators to track performance and identify areas for success & improvement
ensure compliance with safety, quality, and safeguarding standards are met
assist the director with business related needs, meetings, presentations, agendas to scale the business & revenue
manage the day-to-day operations of the business: Social Media marketing, Coaches, Parents, Schools and external businesses collaborations and sponsorships
Requirements
bachelor's degree or certification in Business or a Related field
proven experience in Operations Management or a similar role
