Responsibility
oxford Policy Management seeks to appoint a Group Management Accountant on a fixed term contract
you will be the linchpin in providing insightful financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
this pivotal role involves close collaboration with diverse stakeholders across the organisation, particularly senior management, to ensure the accurate preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts for the group
your responsibilities encompass delivering consolidated management accounts, supporting the CFO/GFC in board pack preparations, and generating insightful management account packs for various countries and departments
establishing trust and efficient relationships with stakeholders, challenging the status quo to drive improvements, and monitoring key performance indicators are all integral to your role
moreover, you will play a critical role in budgeting and forecasting, collaborating with department heads and conducting financial modeling for strategic decision-making
deliver monthly group consolidated management accounts
monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to evaluate business performance
Requirements
fully qualified with significant post qualification experience
group consolidated Management statutory accounts preparation experience
proven corporate management accounting experience
experience in an international environment with multi currencies
experience of people management and developing a team
proven experience and skill in building productive relationships internally particularly at remote office locations
experience of supporting overseas offices – the ability to understand their needs and to guide and advise accordingly
experience of MS Dynamics an advantage
Education
excellent numeracy and IT skills and very good attention to detail
ability to handle large volumes of work and maintain a high degree of accuracy
