we’re looking for an experienced care professional to join our team in Eynsham, Oxford as a care assessor

you will use your strong administrative and customer service skills to work closely with our operations team, being accountable for the successful delivery of care to all clients, from the point of placement start to ongoing management of staffing and care needs
working alongside a care manager, you will ensure we continue to deliver a high level of customer service to our clients, their representatives and our care workers through positive and proactive professional engagement in line with our values

providing high quality, personalised and specialist home care services throughout Oxfordshire and surrounding counties, we enable people to live in their own homes and communities for longer
