Responsibility
- conduct fitness classes and provide instruction to participants
- develop and implement exercise programs based on individual needs and goals
- educate participants on proper form, technique, and safety precautions
- demonstrate exercises and assist participants with proper execution
- monitor and motivate participants during workouts to ensure proper intensity and effort
- provide modifications and adaptations for participants with different fitness levels or limitations
- maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Requirements
- strong knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology
- ability to educate and effectively communicate with participants
- experience in sports coaching or personal training is a plus
- excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others
- strong organizational skills to plan and schedule classes effectively
- personal Training: 1 year
- level 2/3 Fitness Qualification: 1 year
