we are looking for at least one passionate, driven and highly motivated individual to become a part of our expanding team in a permanent, full-time role, helping to create dynamic and engaging ways to deliver information whilst supporting teams to meet response targets
manage complaints effectively to identify patterns and instigate and lead on improvements of the service
reporting to the Head of Administration, you will play a key role within the management team to ensure that a high standard of customer service is maintained, reviewed, and undertake opportunities for service improvement
Education
diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
experience of leading and/or assuring significant compliance activities and achieving effective commercial outcomes for an organisation
ability to work under pressure and deliver on key targets and activities within agreed timescale
proficient in use on MS Office applications
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, influencing skills and ability to build consensus around a course of action
attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
ability to make recommendations based on partial/incomplete information and the ability to consider interconnect commercial risks to arrive at a balanced course of action or resolution
