Responsibility

  • you will need to be able to inspire and excite both your staff and customers
  • you will be responsible for carrying out accurate stock checks. This includes ensuring your staff is familiar with inventory control
  • you will need to be comfortable recommending new ideas and creative solutions to help drive store growth
  • you will be responsible for managing the rota & ensuring it is in line with the staff payroll budgets
  • you will maintain workplace safety & ensure your store is a healthy environment for both your staff and customers
  • you will be responsible for ensuring our core values and high standards are upheld throughout the store, this includes both the shop floor and stock room
  • you will be aware of current trends, new releases, industry & local trends, social media trends, etc
  • analysing store sales data to identify best sellers and slow sellers to ensure our curated collection remains the best it can be for our customers. You will report back to our buying team to ensure the right products reach you
