customer Support: Proactively communicate with customers through compliant channels, including face-to-face visits, virtual meetings, phone calls, and emails
revenue and budget management: Track revenue versus target and hold responsibility for the efficient and effective investment of the area budgets
Requirements
several years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
demonstrate the ability to develop and execute a strategic business plan based on customer and market insights
ability to assess and monitor ROI and sales results
ability to develop innovative solutions to deliver targeted promotion
project Management – demonstrate skills necessary to execute on defined projects, including KPI setting and measurements
knowledge of Neurology and CNS disorders is desirable
experience in organising face-to-face, remote or hybrid events
excellent Communication skills, high enthusiasm, and a strong networker
