Do not use this company - we booked a CITB H & S Test for our employee and thought we were on the Pearson website which we normally use but these people charged £45.00 for a test that should have been £22.50! We wanted the test to take place on a Friday and they emailed back with a Saturday date - we informed them straight away we wanted a full refund - eventually got a refund of £22.50 three weeks later after much chasing. We will not use them again and advise any other persons requiring the CITB test to check website carefully before booking.
Luckily I checked the reviews before paying £45. They ask credit card details over the phone while you are on call. Then I asked from him that I need to pay through the website. Then he hanged the phone and asked me to pay online and said that the planned date can be reserved by someone else if I don’t pay right now. I disconnected the call and checked the reviews. I was right.
Tried to charge £45 for a training course that was only £22.50. Pretended to be from Pearson View. Always double check who you are paying money to. Luckily I checked them out once I got their invoice. Not an honest business
Sent all details for my card but kept offering me other cards not what I wanted. Avoid these charlatans at all costs
Absolutely rubbish do not use them ask for a refund and only got half my money back I book with them and looked at reviews and changed my mind with in 10 mins and a interesting man on phone I feel like I've been robbed please don't use them go straight to citb for your cards it is a lot cheaper
Do not use this company. Charged me £240.00 for a course which I attended today only find out that the actual cost of the course is only £22.00!! They should be ashamed of themselves!!! Make sure you book directly with your local training organisation. There shoul be an option for -20 stars. I feel sick that I have to give them 1
absolute scum literally from the moment I booked with them I've had so many problems firstly I was mislead into purchasing a course went to the test to find out they booked the wrong day phoned them up to reschedule got it changed but was getting told I need to pay an additional fee tried escalating my complaint and was told there's no point that even if I made a complaint nothing would come of it and I'd still get charged
yes i can see what you mean as i cancelled within 24hrs took aweek for them to refund the money back into my account minus £24
which i will chase up as i hate people that rip people off making over the top for nothing

That's unfortunate. Did they mention why they charged more than double for the same course provided by other companies? Were there any extra benefits or value for this increased cost?
