Responsibility
- £55,000 to £60,000 per annum for non-nurses
- A permanent Home Manager post has become available in an elderly nursing home in Pudsey that specialise in providing residential, nursing and dementia care
Requirements
- previous experience as a Home Manager
- must hold RMA / NVQ5 or equivalent
- valid NMC PIN – RGN, RMN desirable
- experience in budgeting and recruitment
- promote clinical and administrative arrangement, training and care planning within the home
- passion for elderly/dementia care
- organising and motivating the carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered
- maintain and monitor the health and welfare of residents
