Responsibility
- provide ongoing training to Customer Care, focusing on improving patient experience, revenue and performance
- manage the fulfilment of customer service activity – call handling, quotations, sales/orders, loan/rental, billing, credits and invoice queries
- provide support for Customer Service Advisors and Administrators to fulfil activity and resolve issues
- consistently deliver the best possible customer experience through quality customer service
- deliver against business metrics and proactively engage with additional customer service work
- support and contribute towards achievement of continual improvement culture through participation in projects and process improvements
- recruit, lead, motivate, educate, mentor, and train a performance lead team of customer service employees to deliver the best possible outcomes at all times
- manage internal stakeholders and be proactive
Requirements
- previous healthcare/ dental exposure is desirable
- experience in a sales / customer services environment is essential
- you will possess first class communication skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external contacts
- A proven track record of coaching and developing teams and a passion for continuous improvement
- any previous project management exposure would be a benefit
- management: 1 year
- customer Service: 1 year
Contract type
- permanent contract, 4 or 5 days per week
