Working hours

Responsibility

  • manage bookings, site maintainance and budgets
  • be responsible for a team of instructors to deliver safe and enjoyable outdoor activities
  • organize and lead special events
  • plan and implement site improvements and staff training
  • maintain and manage an outdoor centre all year round. With activities including, kayaking, canoeing, stand up paddleboarding, archery, axe throwing, bushcraft and raft building

Requirements

  • the post holder will be based on-site at our centre in Aberfoyle and evening work/occasional overnights for residentials are likely
