- previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred
- strong observational skills with attention to detail, capable of identifying potential risks quickly
- strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and surveillance practices
- ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally
