Shocking company always a long wait when phoning in an order .
Female customer service agents are rude and not helpful at all.
They state you have to order every 8wks at the latest or your a/c is closed !!
Good to know this information but this fact is not shown on your delivery paperwork.
Nor was it ever advised to me .
A disgrace of a company very unprofessional and causes a lot of undue stress to its end user customers.

I do agree that customer service should not work like that, especially since customer complaints should be always treated gracefully. Have you tried to email them or something else? Maybe then you will get a normal answer.
