Responsibility
- we are a furniture retailer based in Corby with multiple websites and physical stores, selling high quality furniture throughout the UK
- answering IT Support queries logged on the IT Support ticketing system by users across the Company
- as a result of continued growth, we are currently recruiting for an IT Technician to join the staff at our Corby Office on a full-time basis, Monday-Friday
- taking ownership of the IT onboarding/exit processes for new joiners/movers/leavers
- assisting with software and hardware deployments
- general day-to-day administrative tasks and tasks deemed appropriate by your line manager
- liaising with staff across the business to assist in resolving system issues impacting their day, both by fixing technical issues as they occur and by researching and implementing new software to stop issues at source
