Responsibility
- one Sure Insurance are one of the UK's fastest growing independently owned Insurance Brokers
- an exciting position has arisen at our Deeside offices
- we are purely based in the UK with our Head Office located in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire and 5 other sites across the UK, including the Midlands, the South, and Wales
- these will be specified as appropriate in advance for each Performance Review Period
- hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- to undertake all other reasonable duties as reasonably required and directed
- to identify potential business change in order to progress the team overall and liaise with the Head of Operations in order to implement
- to provide various channels of communication with the company’s customers
Requirements
- proven history of similar insurance experience to that of this role’s requirements
- an understanding and exposure to the insurance market as a whole
- have a customer focused approach and ensure this ethos is carried through to staff members
- proven management skills including monitoring productivity, performance management and achieving success through a team
- ensure that business transactions are compliant and in accordance with FCA regulations
- strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills including training and motivating teams
- act with integrity by demonstrating fairness and impartiality
- detailed and thorough understanding of financial services regulations under the Financial Services Act 2012
