Requirements

- strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks across both academy and charity operations
- proficiency in Google Suite is essential
- experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- excellent data entry skills and keen attention to detail
- strong communication skills, including a professional phone manner and the ability to engage with parents, donors, and community stakeholders
- ability to work independently while also collaborating with coaches, volunteers, and charity partners
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
