  • we are looking for an administration clerk to join our team in Shadwell
  • must be able to communicate well with an excellent customer service skills
  • meeting and registering new applicants and hotel guest
  • organising viewings
  • maintain regular contact with landlords and applicants and note all correspondence and communications
  • achieve all daily and weekly targets
  • arrange, organise and conduct all viewings in line with the landlord`s instructions
  • negotiate where instructed any offers received

Requirements

  • computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • administrative experience, preferably in a receptionist role
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • previous experience within a negotiator role or in a sales environment, an advantage but not essential
  • strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
