Responsibility

• this is not a summer job, we are looking for someone part-time but long-term, minimum 12 months
• we are a members only sports club offering 9 different sports
• we are looking for someone to be the first point of contact for our members and visitors to the Club

• reliability, self-motivation and flexibility with a sense of responsibility and good communication skills are essential
• our Members' Clubhouse and Bar is vibrant and popular with a relaxed and fun atmosphere where members can enjoy a drink after their matches and relax to watch sports fixtures on Sky & BT Sports
• the successful candidate must be available to work weekends, and ideally living locally in the Ealing/Acton area
• you will need to be confident and outgoing and able to assist and support our members and visitors with their enquiries and requirements
• no experience is necessary, but bar or retail experience would be an advantage
• you will keep up to date with events and fixtures taking place at the Club and assist with facilitating the smooth running of all aspects of the day to day activities at the Club
• in addition you will be a member of the bar staff team and will tend bar, serve drinks and contribute to the efficient running of the bar and Clubhouse
• we offer a flexible number of hours and shifts which has proved to be ideal particularly for Uni students as it offers flexibility around their studies

Requirements

• no experience necessary, full training given but previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role an advantage
• excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
