Responsibility
- ensure technical compliance is maintained across all areas of the business
- ensure all technical documentation is maintained, updated and in line with the BRC requirements
- all customer records and specifications are maintained and updated
- support the technical Manager in day to day running of the site technical requirements
- ensure all BRC standards are achieved and maintained
- ensure Technical KPI's are kept up to date
Requirements
- proven experience as a Compliance Manager or similar role
- in-depth knowledge of industry regulations and quality assurance practices
- strong analytical skills
- knowledge of BRC regulations
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- HACCP qualification - level 3 and above
- food safety qualifications - Level 3 and above
- technical / Quality assurance: 2 years
