- viewings - ensuring a positive viewing experience, demonstrate expert property & local area knowledge. Provide constructive seller feedback
- provide prospective sellers with accurate market appraisals, displaying expert local, regional and national market knowledge, offering an accurate recommended asking price
- receiving, recording and presenting offers, provide best-informed advice demonstrating due diligence and compliance
- assisting all customers contacting office in person/on- line/telephone. Offering best advice & knowledge, expertly reply to inquiries matching best services or properties
- assisting buyers with inquiries ensuring their readiness to exchange contracts
Requirements
