  • stakeholder Relations: Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders, including board members, clients, and external partners
  • HR Support: Assist with hiring processes and employee development initiatives to cultivate a high-performance workforce
  • financial Oversight: Work with the finance team to meet financial targets and ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting
  • representation: Represent the Managing Director and the company at meetings, conferences, and other external events as needed
  • grant Writing: Assist the Managing Director in preparing grant applications, which includes researching and understanding academic papers across various scientific and engineering fields related to the climate crisis and potential engineering solutions

Requirements

  • education: Bachelor’s degree is required
  • experience: A minimum of 5 years in a management role with experience in operations and strategic planning
  • leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
  • communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly convey complex information
  • financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • adaptability: Able to adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic business environment
