Responsibility

  • oakstone Contracting Ltd is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team
  • reporting directly to the Commercial Manager you will work alongside our site teams to offer commercial support
  • preparation of initial contract forecast in line with programme
  • preparation of the application for payments in line with contract conditions
  • estimating support
  • we are a small civil engineering contractor based in Chelmsford, undertaking all aspects of civils, road works and general groundworks in the South East
  • with the site staff ensure programmes are regularly updated and include details of variations and change
  • the successful candidate will be based in our head office in Great Baddow but will be expected to travel to sites as required
