Responsibility
- provide support to the 3 directors for daily business operations
- responsible for overseeing client success/performance and mobilization of new clients
- responsible for recruitment and hiring of repairs planners
- responsible for day-to-day management of repairs planners
- responsible for project managing planned works- collecting compliance, H&S and other relevant documentation
- providing operational efficiency and productivity processes and plans. This includes booking and confirming appointments with tenants
- logistical management of Operatives/Tradesmen's diary using our Diary Management Software
- responsible for process implementation and improvement
Requirements
- proven experience in operations management or a similar role within a relevant industry
- strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills to motivate teams
- exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
- proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and presentations
- familiarity with relevant software applications for operations management
