- long O Donnell are recruiting for an experienced Internal Recruiter to work closely with internal stakeholders and Directors to recruit for permanent staff and project based resources
- based in Northwich, you will be recruiting for a variety of skillsets and roles within the energy, infrastructure and utility sectors across the UK and Ireland
- roles you will recruit for as the Lead / Senior Internal Recruiter will include Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, CAD Designers, Site Supervisors, H&S Consultants, Water Engineers, Mechanical Engineers etc
- this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and proactive Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruiter looking to move from agency to internal recruitment or an Internal Recruiter looking for the next step in their career
- completing HR administration tasks as required
- attend meetings as required to provide updates, discuss upcoming programmes of work etc
- maintain regular contact/communication with managers to update them on their roles, discuss feedback and give recommendations
- undertaking responsibility for the delivery of ‘live’ vacancies and working directly with hiring managers. This includes providing market feedback and updates as appropriate
