  • the post holder is expected to demonstrate autonomy and collaborative skills to inspire trust and confidence in all stakeholders
  • the primary responsibility of the Domestic Cleaner is to ensure that the accommodation is clean and hygienic, meeting the highest standards
  • the role of the Domestic Cleaner is to contribute towards the organization's overall Mission, Corporate Values, and Working Principles, while promoting growth and success
  • the post holder will also ensure that the tenants' rights are observed, and the principles of equality, fairness, unity in diversity, and human rights are always respected

Requirements

  • to clean all allocated units and offices, including furniture, fittings, fabric, carpets and equipment
  • to clean sanitary and other equipment, with particular attention to guidelines for the control of germs and infestations
  • to deal with waste bags including clinical waste
  • to work in accommodation with the Accommodation Manager in maintaining standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the supported accommodation
  • to work to the identified and agreed cleaning schedules, without intruding on tenant's preferences
  • good computer skills and digital dexterity
  • self-motivated and able to use own initiative to find solutions
