Responsibility

  • JOB TITLE: Food & Beverage Manager
  • REPORTING TO: Head of Commercial
  • acts as a key holder for Meadow Lane and able to lock down the premises in accordance with Club and other legislative requirements
  • RESPONSIBLE FOR: Head Chef / Events Delivery Coordinator / Catering Casual Staff
  • attends and participate Club meetings, as and when required, to share legislative and Club updates in relation to key areas of responsibility. Will lead appropriate casual worker team briefings as necessary
  • SARLARY: £30,000 per annum
  • manages the away day bar, ensuring appropriate resources, and that all Club and legislative formalities are following particularly surrounding cash management
  • CONTRACT: Permanent
