Responsibility
the post holder will be based at the IDVA office in Mansfield Police Station with the possibility of some remote working
to refer MARAC cases ahead of the meeting to the IDVA service in a timely way
organise and ensure consistency in referral of cases from the full range of potential referring agencies based on the use wherever possible of a common risk assessment tool for victims
gather relevant information about the MARAC cases ahead of the meeting and circulate to all relevant attendees, in particular to the IDVA or ISVA where appropriate
responsible to: Community Services Coordinator
prepare and circulate the MARAC case list and agenda via secure means within eight days of the meeting to ensure that cases are reviewed in the most time effective way and that any specialist attendees are present
hours: 25 hours per week
to work with the wider partnership on the introduction of Ecins for the MARAC process, ensuring that this post holder understands and is trained on Ecins
Requirements
commitment to WAFE statement and principles
to work on a flexible basis as requested by the Head of Services
to participate in the development and implementation of service user participation and consultation, monitoring and evaluation
to maintain information, record keeping and monitoring systems
to provide reports to the Head of Service as required
to ensure that the public profile of Notts WA is raised in conjunction with the Head of Service and the centre
to access training opportunities as agreed to by the Head of Services
to participate in the development of publicity materials and information about the work of the centre in conjunction with Head of Services and all other staff
