the programme aims to inspire young people from diverse communities across Nottinghamshire to embrace technology and education
develop and manage relationships with school leads, partners and key stakeholders
lead on the growth and development of the programme
reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, the Programme Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and developing the Trust’s technology education programme, Think Big
work toward achieving defined KPIs during each academic year
using the power of football, the Think Big Programme Coordinator will excite and trigger interest in sports and tech, encouraging them to consider rewarding careers in technology-based jobs through a structured and innovative tech programme in schools
produce monthly reports on the programme’s impact, tracking all achievements and target outcomes
the Think Big programme is delivered in collaboration with Ideagen – one of the world’s fastest growing tech companies with headquarters in Nottingham
Requirements
confident, dynamic and engaging personality
proven experience in a project management role, ideally in a school, community or partnership setting
knowledge and interest in tech, sport and wider STEAM subjects
ability to inspire and motivate young people
experience of designing and implementing schemes of work
confident at presenting to large audiences in school and community settings
technology advocate with a passion for innovation
strong communicator with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple priorities
