Hi! The Lettings & Maintenance Coordinator role requires managing landlords' properties, conducting property inspections, and dealing with maintenance issues. The position involves working 16 to 20 hours per week with a salary of £10.50-£12.00 per hour. Additionally, the benefits include flexitime and a bonus scheme. Could you provide more details about the bonus scheme, such as how it is structured and what performance metrics are used to determine bonuses?
