- greeting our clients and their pets, always maintaining a professional and compassionate approach
- happy in handling difficult conversations
- using our practice management system to arrive patients and book appointments
- confidence in diary management
- taking payments inhouse and over the telephone
- discussing healthcare plans and general enquiries through out the day, allocating appropriately
- ensure waiting rooms are always maintained to a high standard of clinical cleanliness and kept inviting and fresh
- handling and dispensing medication handing out to clients and answering any questions when needed
Requirements
- welcoming and friendly manner
- ideally have veterinary background and/or dealings within veterinary enviroment
- experience working front of house or in a similar role would be beneficial
- must be enthusiastic and self-motivated
- enjoys human interactions
- strong communication skills with high ability to multi-task
- IT literate
- works well in a team
