taking calls from customers who report faults with their appliances. Inputting accurate information onto our internal booking system
ensuring world class customer service is provided for both our customers and clients
ability to use simple spreadsheets
booking engineer visits to ensure SLA are met both for the customer and client
liaising with engineers to organise callouts
updating client portals with accurate information to ensure reports are accurate when they are run by senior management and clients

Education

Requirements

minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a contact centre environment providing customer service
high standard of verbal and written communication
highly confident and articulate manner in providing customer service over the telephone
excellent attention to detail and an empathetic nature towards customers
highly organised the ability to work to tight deadlines
A highly professional and polite individual with the ability to work both independently and also within a team environment
