Responsibility
- taking calls from customers who report faults with their appliances. Inputting accurate information onto our internal booking system
- ensuring world class customer service is provided for both our customers and clients
- ability to use simple spreadsheets
- booking engineer visits to ensure SLA are met both for the customer and client
- liaising with engineers to organise callouts
- updating client portals with accurate information to ensure reports are accurate when they are run by senior management and clients
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a contact centre environment providing customer service
- high standard of verbal and written communication
- highly confident and articulate manner in providing customer service over the telephone
- excellent attention to detail and an empathetic nature towards customers
- highly organised the ability to work to tight deadlines
- A highly professional and polite individual with the ability to work both independently and also within a team environment
