Responsibility
- manage and supervise the aftersales team, providing guidance and support
- develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- monitor and analyze aftersales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- oversee the scheduling of repairs, maintenance, and service appointments
- handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- maintain accurate records of all aftersales activities and transactions
- collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of replacement parts and equipment
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role within the touring caravan and motorhome, automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred
- strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of processes and equipment repairs processes
- proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other operating equipment
- ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes
- excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
