Requirements
- proven experience as a bench hand joiner, cabinet maker, or furniture builder
- strong woodworking skills and a good understanding of joinery techniques
- ability to work with a variety of tools and machinery safely and efficiently

- ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- flexibility and willingness to take on varied tasks
